Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team!

Your primary responsibility will be conducting social media outreach and connecting with individuals who may be interested in participating in online surveys.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with people online, understands social media platforms, and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Use social media platforms such as Reddit, ---------- , Facebook , Instagram, Hinge, and Snapchat to connect with potential survey participants, where permitted by platform rules.
• Identify individuals who may be interested in completing online surveys.
• Communicate professionally and encourage interested individuals to participate voluntarily.
• Share survey links and explain the participation process.
• Track outreach activity and completed survey referrals.
• Provide regular updates on progress.
• Follow platform rules and outreach guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in virtual assistance, social media outreach, or lead generation.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Reliable laptop or computer.
• Stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to use time-tracking software during paid working hours.
