Interactive & Cinematic Website Developer | GSAP, Webflow, Framer

We are a U.S.-based business group launching a digital growth agency specializing in premium cinematic websites, AI automation, and customer acquisition systems for service-based businesses.

We're looking for a highly creative and technically skilled website designer/developer in the Philippines who can build visually stunning, immersive, and interactive websites that go far beyond traditional templates.

Our target clients include general contractors, roofers, plumbers, pool service companies, restaurants, and other U.S. businesses.

Our first project will be developing our own agency website, which will serve as a showcase for potential clients. Successful completion could lead to consistent projects and long-term collaboration as our agency grows.

What We're Looking For

We want websites that feel like an interactive cinematic experience, not simply traditional websites with video backgrounds.

Examples of the features we're interested in include:

• Scroll-triggered animations and cinematic page transitions.
• Interactive product configurators and customizable experiences.
• Elements that respond to scrolling, mouse movements, clicks, and user selections.
• Parallax effects, layered animations, and immersive 3D-style visuals.
• AI-generated cinematic imagery and videos integrated into functional websites.
• Smooth animations optimized for desktop and mobile.
• Modern, visually impressive layouts designed to convert visitors into customers.

Experience with GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Three.js, WebGL, Framer Motion, or similar technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop premium cinematic and interactive websites.
• Create engaging animations, transitions, and interactive user experiences.
• Utilize AI-powered design and development tools to improve creativity and efficiency.
• Build fast, responsive, mobile-friendly websites.
• Integrate lead capture forms, booking systems, and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with our team to integrate AI chatbots, AI voice agents, and GoHighLevel automations.
• Handle website deployment, updates, and technical maintenance.
• Develop reusable components and templates for future client projects.

Required Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of live websites you personally designed or developed.
• Experience with Framer, Webflow, WordPress, custom development, or comparable platforms.
• Strong UI/UX design skills and understanding of modern website development.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced animations and interactive functionality.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development tools.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Three.js, WebGL, or advanced JavaScript animation.
• AI-generated cinematic videos and visual effects, including tools such as Higgsfield.
• Interactive product configurators and 3D experiences.
• GoHighLevel website, CRM, and automation integrations.
• AI chatbot and voice agent integrations.
• Experience creating websites for U.S. service businesses or restaurants.

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a paid, project-based opportunity with compensation negotiable based on experience, portfolio quality, and project requirements.
