Position: Long-Term

About the Opportunity

We are an established, profitable, 7-figure Amazon private label business selling in the US marketplace, with a diversified portfolio of physical products.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Brand & Growth Manager to take ownership of our commercial growth initiatives, improve the performance of our existing products, and help us scale the business further.

We already have dedicated team members managing PPC advertising and supply chain operations independently.

Our next step is to bring in someone who can lead brand growth, identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and ensure their successful execution.

This is not a traditional Amazon Virtual Assistant position.

We are looking for a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver measurable business results without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Listing Optimization & Conversion

  • Audit existing product listings and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop compelling, conversion-focused titles, bullet points, and A+ Content strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO best practices.
  • Analyze competitors' listings, images, pricing, reviews, and positioning.
  • Develop creative briefs and coordinate with designers to improve product imagery.
  • Plan and evaluate A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

Brand Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing products' competitive positioning.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, product variations, bundles, and other growth opportunities.
  • Identify underperforming products and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Prioritize projects based on potential business impact.

New Product Launches

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new product opportunities.
  • Evaluate market demand, pricing, competition, and profitability potential.
  • Develop and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with the existing team to prepare and execute product launches.
  • Monitor launch performance and implement improvements.

Team Collaboration & Project Management

  • Collaborate with our PPC Specialist and Supply Chain Manager.
  • Coordinate designers, freelancers, and other external resources when necessary.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects move forward independently without constant direction from the business owner.
  • Provide regular progress updates and actionable recommendations.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor key metrics, including revenue, profit margins, TACOS, ACoS, conversion rates, organic sales, and average order value.
  • Identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop data-driven growth strategies.
  • Prepare concise weekly performance and project updates.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Amazon private label brands.
  • Proven experience managing or growing established Amazon businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of e-commerce profitability.
  • Experience with competitor research and market positioning.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with team members.
  • Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing 7-figure Amazon brands.
  • Experience using Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Manage Your Experiments.
  • Proven success improving conversion rates, organic rankings, or profitability.
  • Experience coordinating creative teams and managing new product launches.
  • Previous experience in a Brand Manager, Growth Manager, or E-commerce Manager role.

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who thinks beyond assigned tasks.

Someone who notices when a product is losing market share, investigates why, develops a recovery strategy, and takes initiative to implement improvements.

Someone who understands that profitable growth matters more than revenue alone.

Most importantly, someone who can independently identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for delivering results.

We value demonstrated experience, problem-solving skills, initiative, and accountability over certifications or job titles.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of $1,500–$2,000/month, depending on experience.
  • Stable, long-term, full-time remote employment.
  • Opportunity to play an important role in growing an established and profitable business.
  • Significant autonomy and ownership of growth initiatives.
  • An existing team supporting advertising and supply chain operations.
  • Direct communication with the business owner.
  • Potential for performance-based bonuses and career growth.

How to Apply

1. Your Experience

Describe the Amazon private label brands you've worked with, their approximate annual revenue, and your specific responsibilities.

2. Your Achievements

Provide 2–3 concrete examples of how you contributed to improving sales, profitability, conversion rates, organic rankings, or product launches.

Please include measurable results wherever possible.

3. Strategic Thinking

We are looking for a long-term team member who can take ownership, think strategically, and help us build the next stage of growth.
