AI Automation Developer (GoHighLevel + AI Voice Agents) - Long-Term

We're a growing US company building AI front-desk and patient reactivation systems for dental practices. We're hiring a long-term AI Automation Developer to build and maintain our client systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build GoHighLevel workflows, calendars, pipelines and snapshots for new dental clients
• Set up and tune AI voice and SMS agents (Retell, Vapi or similar) that answer calls, follow up with patients and book appointments
• Run patient reactivation campaigns (SMS + AI voice follow-up)
• Connect tools with Twilio, webhooks, APIs, Zapier/Make/n8n
• Fix issues fast and keep client systems running smoothly

MUST HAVE

• Real, shipped GoHighLevel projects
• Hands-on experience with AI voice agents (Retell, Vapi, Bland, Synthflow or similar)
• At least 3 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours (9am-5pm ET)
• Strong written English and reliable internet

BIG PLUS

• Healthcare clients or HIPAA experience
• Dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
• JavaScript or Python scripting
