Explain nursing concepts, medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care principles in an easy-to-understand manner.

Answer clinical questions accurately and provide real-world examples.

Assess participants' understanding and identify areas requiring additional instruction.

Reinforce clinical knowledge, best practices, and professional standards.

Prior experience in nursing education, staff development, clinical training, or healthcare instruction preferred.

Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complicated clinical information for learners with different experience levels.

Patient, organized, dependable, and comfortable teaching groups.

Experience as a Nurse Educator, Clinical Instructor, Nursing Professor, or Staff Development Nurse is a plus.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

Only 20 hours per week.

Consistent daily training schedule.

All training materials are provided.

No need to develop an entire curriculum.

Opportunity to focus on what you do best: teaching clinical knowledge and helping others learn.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for more than someone who can read from a presentation.

We need a clinical nursing professional who truly understands the material, can explain the reasoning behind clinical concepts, answer questions confidently, and make the information meaningful to our team.

If you're an experienced RN who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and sharing your clinical expertise, we'd love to hear from you.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your clinical nursing background and any teaching or training experience.
