**Social Media Virtual Assistant, Homegirl Clear Protein**

Homegirl is a new direct-to-consumer brand launching a clear whey protein powder (Strawberry Lemonade, 20g protein, electrolytes, fiber) in December 2026. Our founder is the face of the brand, and we need a social media VA to run our Instagram and TikTok day to day.

What you will do

-Schedule and post content to Instagram and TikTok (Reels, stories, feed posts) using the videos and photos our founder provides.
-Write captions and hashtags in our brand voice: fun, warm, conversational, no medical or before-and-after claims.
-Reply to comments and direct messages, and engage with followers and relevant accounts.
-Repurpose content, for example turn one Reel into stories or cut a longer video into short clips.
-Keep a simple content calendar and track what is working (reach, engagement, follower growth).
-Help keep our link in bio and waitlist links up to date.

Requirements

-Experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a brand, ideally beauty, wellness, or food.
-Comfortable with scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
-Strong written English and a good sense of tone; you can write like a real person, not a corporate account.
-Organized, reliable, and comfortable working async.

Nice to have

-Basic Canva skills for stories and simple graphics.
-Basic video editing in CapCut for trimming clips.
-Experience with UGC or influencer content.
