Need Cold Calling Specialist

Part Time: hours subject to change

What you will do:

• (Subject to change on call details/specifics)
• Call home builders, developers and land investors from a list we give you
• Ask what they are looking for: which cities or counties, how many acres, price range, zoning, utilities (water, sewer, power) and timeline
• Write their answers into our Google Sheet after every call
• Set up follow up calls with our team when a buyer is interested
• Make 60 to 100 calls per shift and keep notes clean

What we are looking for:

• Minimal accent preferable
• At least 1 year of cold calling experience (required), US real estate calling is a big plus
• Excellent spoken English that is clear and easy to understand for US callers
• Comfortable speaking to lots of people each day
• Quiet place to work, good microphone/headset, stable internet
• Available during US business hours (Mountain Time, 9am to 5pm, which is night shift in the Philippines)
