About the Role

Logistics and Supply Chain Assistant — NetSuite Experience Essential
Remote | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

About us

Majority is a UK consumer electronics business selling through retail partners and Amazon across the UK, Europe and the US.

We’re looking for an organised logistics assistant to work closely with our Logistics Manager and colleagues across purchasing, planning and finance. You’ll help keep shipments moving, stock records accurate and outstanding queries resolved.

You’ll gain practical experience across an international product business, including supplier coordination, freight, warehousing, inventory and Amazon fulfilment.

What you will do

  • Track shipments and delivery dates, following up suppliers, freight providers and warehouses.
  • Coordinate collection and delivery bookings and check supporting documents.
  • Maintain purchase order, goods received, stock movement and shipment records in NetSuite and Excel.
  • Investigate delivery shortages, stock discrepancies and missing paperwork.
  • Support Amazon FBA shipments, including shipment information, pallet details and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain accurate SKU, barcode, carton and product records.
  • Keep colleagues informed, flag delays early and follow outstanding actions through to completion.

What you will bring

  • Hands-on NetSuite experience is essential. You must have personally used NetSuite for purchasing, goods receipts, inventory movements or order fulfilment.
  • Experience in logistics, inventory, supply chain or e-commerce operations involving physical stock.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence matching records, checking quantities and investigating differences.
  • Clear written and spoken English, including confidence following up suppliers and warehouse partners.
  • Reliable organisation, attention to detail and confidence asking questions when information is unclear.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA, international freight or third-party warehouses would be particularly useful.

Working hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You must be available 09:00–13:00 UK time, with remaining hours agreed with our Logistics Manager. This overlap must accommodate GMT and BST.

How to apply

Apply with the subject “Logistics Assistant — your name”, attach your CV and briefly answer:
1. Describe your hands-on NetSuite experience with physical stock, purchasing or fulfilment. Which transactions did you personally process, how recently and for how long?
2. Give an example of a shipment delay, delivery shortage or stock discrepancy you resolved. What did you check and what was the outcome?
3. Confirm your weekly availability, ability to cover the stated UK hours and earliest start date.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a video interview and practical skills discussion.
