Life Insurance Outbound Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

We are a growing U.S.-based life insurance agency looking to hire a full-time outbound appointment setter / cold caller.
Your primary responsibility will be to call life insurance leads, identify interested prospects, and either book appointments or live-transfer qualified prospects directly to a licensed insurance agent.

Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to mortgage protection, final expense, and life insurance leads.
Qualify interested prospects using our approved script.
Schedule appointments or live-transfer interested prospects directly to an agent.
Send approved follow-up texts and appointment confirmations when permitted.
Update lead information, notes, and dispositions in our CRM.
Consistently meet daily dialing and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Previous outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience.
Experience calling U.S. leads.
Life insurance, mortgage protection, or final expense experience strongly preferred.
Strong objection-handling skills.
Experience using CRM systems and power dialers.
Reliable internet, quality headset, and quiet workspace.
Available to work U.S. business hours.
