Part-time Shorts and thumbnail finisher for a real estate YouTube channel

We're building Wings Over Wasatch, a YouTube channel for real estate in Park City and Heber City, Utah, with aerial flight footage, property tours, neighborhood tours and market updates. Our long-form editor already cuts the main videos and sends 2 to 3 vertical rough cuts per video, trimmed and in order.

Your job is to finish those rough cuts into ready-to-post Shorts and to make final thumbnails from the frame ideas we send.

Each week, about 4 to 6 Shorts: captions, on-screen text, music from our Epidemic Sound library, pacing and a clean hook in the first 2 seconds.
Each week, 2 thumbnails: bold, readable on a phone, built from frames we pick.
Turnaround within 48 hours of getting the rough cut, with one round of revisions included.

What we're looking for: Shorts or Reels you finished with captions and text (send links), thumbnail samples, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar, Photoshop or Canva, a stable connection, and good written English. Real estate, travel or aviation work is a plus.
