About the Role

Job Title: Dental Credentialing Specialist — Remote, Full-Time (US Dental Group)

Dental Credentialing Specialist — Keep Our Dentists Enrolled and Billing

We’re a US dental support organization with 26+ practices across three states, growing fast through acquisitions. Every time we add a practice or a dentist, they have to be credentialed and enrolled with insurance payers before they can get paid. We’re looking for one meticulous, follow-through-driven person to own that process end to end.

This is a high-trust role with zero room for dropped balls — a missed re-credentialing deadline or a stalled enrollment costs us real money. If you’re the kind of person who lives in checklists and never lets an application sit, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do

Enroll and re-credential our dentists with commercial payers and Medicaid across multiple states
Build and maintain CAQH profiles and keep every provider’s data current
Track licenses, DEA, NPIs, and all expirables, and stay ahead of renewal deadlines
Get dentists at newly acquired practices credentialed and linked to our payers quickly
Keep our credentialing software, payer rosters, and status reports clean and up to date
Follow up relentlessly with payers until applications are approved

You must have

US dental or medical credentialing experience — payer enrollment and re-credentialing
Hands-on experience with CAQH (PECOS/Medicaid portals a strong plus)
Strong written and spoken English — you’ll deal with US payers and staff daily
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Sharp attention to detail and a system for never missing a deadline
A reliable setup for a full US Central night shift: fast internet, backup internet, and backup power

A plus (not required)

Multi-state and multi-provider credentialing experience
Familiarity with credentialing software (e.g., Modio, CredentialStream, or similar)
Dental-specific payer experience

The details

Full-time, US Central business hours (8–5 CT — a night shift in the Philippines)
100% remote
Long-term role with room to grow as we expand

To apply
Start your reply with the word “CREDENTIALS” so we know you read this. In a few sentences, tell us about your credentialing experience — which payers and states you’ve worked with, and the largest number of providers you’ve managed at once.
