UGC Video Editor - Short Form Videos

Hiring for full/part time work as a Short Form Video editor - 30-75 second edits.

Looking to hire a reliable LONG-TERM editor. ---------- edits per month (Consistent $$$)

You'll be making CONVERTING/CRISP UGC videos for Meta using CapCut as the editing software. You must have proficient experience using CapCut. The editing process is fairly simple and straightforward. Anyone who is proficient in video editing should have no problem with basic tasks such as the following:

• Cutting dead space in videos
• Adding overlays
• Removing the background of videos
• Adding videos in a sequence to create a b-roll effect
• Adding captions / on-screen text (that line up with the spoken words)
• Minor effects such as dynamic zoom, cropping, transitions, etc.

You will be working hand in hand with me on videos for Comfrt, Kiaura Eyewear, AG1, KEEN Fragrances, and Rythm Health. All brands that are growing at a rapid rate. There is room for BONUSES if deadlines are met and the content performs well!

Requirements:
Must be adaptable — Content is always changing, styles are evolving, and I need someone who understands that and is willing to work through the changes.

Attention to detail — Reviews the content they produce and ensures there are no mistakes, things are spelled correctly, and instructions are followed.

Strong English skills — Essential for captioning and communication.

Strong internet connection

Access to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts for sourcing clips

Exceptional experience with CapCut

Good at working with a team

Ability to learn and take constructive feedback

Availability: able to turn around batches of videos (usually ~10) in 24 hours
5-6 days per week. Mostly week days, sometimes weekends.

Payment method — PayPal, PayPal Xoom, Wise

Capable of ---------- ~45-60 second edits per month

$5/video + potential for BONUSES and more work in the future with a salary increase. If you work hard, implement feedback, are self-sufficient, and a creative thinker — I will will take care of you. The goal is a long-term partnership!

The Daily Workflow:
I will ping you on WhatsApp to let you know files are uploaded to the shared Google Drive between us both. Each days batch will be labeled 11/5, 11/6 etc… and inside you will have folders for each video that needs to be edited (ie. Kiaura 1, Kiaura 2, Rythm 1, Rythm 2, etc.).

I will submit raw clips named in order, so you just sort them by name A-Z and splice them all together to form a clean and dialed in UGC video. I will also provide edit notes within the folder for direction.

You will submit the finished video right there in that folder. Make a folder named FINISHED and just toss it in there.
If we end up working together I will send you a Loom explaining much clearer than just this quick text. Its pretty simple/straightforward.
