Discord Moderator / Customer Support – Gaming Community

Responsibilities

Moderate ---------- channels and assist members.

Handle support tickets and basic troubleshooting.

Guide members through gaming setups via voice calls.

Enforce server rules and maintain a positive community.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is required.

Prior FPS gaming experience on PC or console is required. No experience? Please do not apply.

Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Good written and spoken English.

$4/hour
