Job Title: Credit Repair Dispute Specialist – U.S. Credit Repair Experience Required
We are a growing U.S.-based credit repair and consumer services company seeking an experienced Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our team.

- Work with collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, inquiries, and other negative accounts
- Maintain accurate client notes and dispute records
- Track dispute dates, responses, results, and required follow-ups
- Review updated credit reports and determine appropriate next steps
- Follow company procedures and U.S. credit repair compliance requirements
- Meet daily productivity expectations while maintaining accuracy
- Communicate with management regarding difficult or unusual cases
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a U.S. credit repair company
- Experience reading all three major U.S. credit bureau reports
- Strong understanding of the credit dispute process
- Excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Comfortable learning and using our CRM and dispute-management systems
- Ability to handle confidential client information professionally
IMPORTANT: We are looking for someone who understands that disputes should be based on the client's actual circumstances and documentation. We are not looking for someone who simply sends the same generic dispute template for every client.
