The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, confident, and results-driven B2B Appointment Setter to connect with corporate and regional decision-makers at senior living organizations throughout the United States.
Your primary responsibility will be to initiate meaningful conversations, identify genuine sales opportunities, and schedule qualified 30-minute introductory Zoom meetings with our company's CEO.
We provide prospect contact lists, company information, and guidance on our services. Your focus will be on outbound calling, qualifying prospects, following up, and scheduling appointments—not researching or generating contact lists.
This is an appointment-setting position, not a sales-closing position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S. senior living operators and management companies using company-provided contact lists.
- Focus on corporate and regional marketing, sales, and operations decision-makers.
- Professionally introduce our interactive virtual tour, architectural rendering, and floor plan services.
- Identify potential client needs, determine genuine interest, and qualify sales opportunities.
- Schedule qualified 30-minute introductory Zoom meetings with our CEO.
- Conduct follow-up calls and email s with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate call records, prospect information, and follow-up activities using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with our existing virtual assistant, who will assist with prospect research and contact lists.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities, conversations, and scheduled appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, and confident telephone communication skills.
- Proven B2B cold-calling and appointment-setting experience with U.S. businesses.
- Experience communicating with corporate executives and senior-level decision-makers.
- Ability to navigate gatekeepers and initiate professional conversations.
- Strong listening, questioning, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, reliable, persistent, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with outbound calling software and Google Sheets.
- Must be available to work during U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday.
Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or marketing services is a plus.

Applicants may be asked to provide a recent internet speed test and basic computer specifications during the interview process.
Compensation & Schedule
- $6–$8 USD per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 20 hours per week, approximately four hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- Must work during U.S. business hours to reach American corporate and regional decision-makers.
- Initial 30-day paid trial, with potential for ongoing employment based on performance and business needs.
- Additional performance-based bonuses for generating qualified leads that result in closed sales.
Qualified Leads: A clear set of qualification criteria and a checklist will be provided. Our priority is generating genuine sales opportunities with appropriate decision-makers, rather than simply scheduling appointments.

2. Details of your experience contacting U.S. businesses and speaking with corporate decision-makers.
3. Your expected hourly rate in USD.

Next Steps: Applications will be reviewed, and selected candidates will be invited to a Zoom interview with our company's CEO.
