FULL-TIME | REMOTE POSITION | $1,800–$3,000/MONTH (BASED ON EXPERIENCE & PERFORMANCE)

Altura is looking for a talented and experienced CRM Manager with strong Klaviyo expertise to help strengthen our email marketing efforts and improve overall campaign performance.

We need someone with solid hands-on experience creating email campaigns and automated workflows, who understands what makes email marketing successful and can manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity with a monthly compensation range of $1,800–$3,000, depending on your expertise, experience, and performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Managing, maintaining, and optimizing email campaigns and automation flows within Klaviyo.

Creating and improving key automated sequences, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase email s, and other customer journeys.

Monitoring campaign metrics, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Supporting email design to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and consistent with our brand identity.

Working with Klaviyo's built-in email editor and/or Figma for basic email design and layout.

Maintaining clear communication, meeting project deadlines, and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo.

Strong experience developing, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.

A proven track record of achieving positive results through email marketing.

The ability to provide work samples and discuss the performance and results of previous campaigns.

Basic email design capabilities and familiarity with Figma.

Strong English communication skills, particularly in writing.

A dependable, well-organized professional who communicates effectively.

Someone proactive who takes initiative and can work independently.

We're looking for more than someone who simply knows how to navigate Klaviyo. We need an experienced professional who understands the platform in depth, knows how to improve email performance, and can demonstrate the impact of their previous work.
