Best of Ventures is a Florida-based company. We run “Best of Delray Beach,” a large local community Facebook Group. We need an expert who can manage groups, protect their integrity, and grow them.

What You’ll Do

Manage and moderate Facebook Groups to keep them healthy and violation-free
Create new groups and set them up for growth
Increase new member joins and the organic reach of member posts
Resolve Meta Support issues, including name changes and asset locks
Join live screen-share calls (Zoom or Google Meet) to guide our owner through Meta Verified setup and Meta escalation tickets

Immediate Project

Revert the group name through Meta Support and bypass the 28-day lock
Build a 30-day plan to restore growth from about 60 to ---------- new members a month, using member referral loops, search optimization, and recommendation threads that drive engagement

Requirements

Fluent written and spoken English
Able to work US Eastern Time (EST) hours, or overlap with them
Proven hands-on Meta Support experience (Business Manager, Meta Verified live chat)
Proven Facebook Group growth results, with case studies
Able to start immediately (no training provided)
