We’re hiring an experienced Trust & Safety professional to support AI-based software for reputation management. You’ll own case quality and improve review-handling processes.

What you’ll do

• Assess reviews against published platform policies and prepare clear, well-supported reports and appeals.
• Set quality standards, review complex cases, and improve case-handling processes.
• Develop practical guidance and coach reviewers as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Trust & Safety team lead, quality lead, subject-matter expert, or senior moderation specialist.
• Strong policy judgement and excellent written English.
• Experience leading Trust & Safety or review-moderation teams supporting a major search engine or maps platform strongly preferred.

This is a hands-on lead role combining senior casework with quality and process ownership.
