Remote Sales Rep (Contract) - Custom Apparel, Stickers & Print

Design Shop React is a print and design shop in Toronto, Canada. We make custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, team wear, staff wear, creator merch), stickers, banners and vehicle decals for businesses, sports teams, creators and events.

We're looking for a self-driven sales rep to find new customers, start conversations, and close orders. You'll work remotely as an independent contractor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Find businesses, teams and creators in Canada who need custom apparel and print.
• Reach out by email , Instagram/Facebook DM and phone using our proven scripts.
• Follow up consistently and keep every lead and conversation logged in our sales system (training provided).
• Price orders using our price lists and tools, close the sale in the conversation, and hand it off for invoicing.
• Hit weekly activity targets (about 25-40 new contacts a day).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or appointment setting.
• Excellent written English. Confident on the phone.
• Organized: you follow up without being reminded, and log everything.
• Some overlap with Canada business hours (Eastern Time) so you can call local businesses.
• Bonus: experience selling apparel, promotional products or print.

PAY

• Weekly retainer of $150 CAD for about 20 hours of outreach a week, on your own schedule.
• Plus 3% commission on every paid order you bring in, including repeat orders from your accounts for 6 months.
• You invoice us weekly for the retainer and monthly for commission. This is an independent contractor role.

HOW IT WORKS
Paid 4-week trial with clear weekly targets. Hit them and the contract continues. You'll use your own computer, phone and internet.
