Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Instagram + LinkedIn) for a Wellness Marketing Agency

Synapse Street is a growing US marketing studio for therapists and wellness practices. Our look is premium and editorial: calm, styled, never loud. We're looking for a social media manager and content creator to produce Instagram and LinkedIn content for our own brand and our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design carousels, quote posts and stories in Canva using our brand templates
• Edit short-form reels in CapCut: clean cuts, captions, B-roll, cover frames
• Write captions from our briefs and our clients' brand voice guides
• Schedule posts in Metricool and keep each content calendar on track
• Track what performs each week and share simple notes on what to do more of
• Keep every client's grid consistent with their brand

YOU'LL DO WELL HERE IF YOU

• Have a portfolio of premium, editorial-style Instagram work (not loud or template-heavy)
• Are strong in Canva and CapCut, with a good eye for type, spacing and photos
• Write natural, warm English captions
• Meet deadlines and take feedback well
• Bonus: experience with LinkedIn content, wellness or healthcare brands

DETAILS
-Part-time at 20 hoursith some overlap with US Eastern mornings

• Performance to be reviewed after 3 monhts
• Long-term role, paid by Wise or PayPal
• Paid trial task for finalists
