We help entrepreneurs clean up and optimize their credit profiles so they can access 0% business credit cards, lines of credit, and other funding. Our clients are business owners and real estate investors, and our team is fast-paced, coachable, and results-driven.

The Role
We’re hiring a Phone Setter with real credit repair experience for our credit repair skool community as well as for our done-for-you funding offer. Your job is to call and text inbound leads, have a genuine conversation about their credit situation, qualify them, and sell them a $79 per month community. You are the first voice our clients hear, so you need to be confident, warm, and knowledgeable.

What You’ll Do

Call and follow up with inbound leads quickly (speed to lead matters)
Ask discovery questions about credit scores, negative items, inquiries, utilization, and funding goals
Qualify leads and book appointments on the team’s calendar
Handle common objections professionally
Log every call and update lead notes accurately in our CRM
Hit daily call, contact, and booking targets

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Proven credit repair experience (setting, sales, disputes, or client support at a credit repair company)
Strong understanding of credit reports, the 3 bureaus, FICO scores, collections, charge-offs, late payments, and hard inquiries
Excellent spoken English with a clear, natural accent
Previous phone setting, appointment setting, or outbound/inbound sales experience
Reliable high-speed internet, backup power/internet, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace
Able to work US Mountain Time business hours

Nice to Have

Experience with ZOHO or a similar CRM
Knowledge of business credit or business funding
Experience working with US entrepreneurs or real estate investors

Schedule & Pay

Hours: [e.g., Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Mountain Time] - PART TIME TRIAL
Pay: $6 per hour + BOOKED CALLS AND CLOSED DEAL COMMISSIONS
Long-term role with room to grow as we scale
