Full Cycle Sales Rep (Cold Calling + Closing) | US Auto Shops | Base + Commission
Confidential employer
We sell a booking and payments system to car protection shops in the US: paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating and window tint. Shops use it to take online bookings and deposits, let customers pay over time with Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm, and automatically follow up on quotes that never booked.
We are hiring ONE full cycle sales rep. You find the shops, call them, book the demo, run the demo and close the deal. If you love the phone and want to be paid for results, keep reading.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build your own call lists from public sources (we train you on exactly how)
- Make 80 to 100 cold calls a day to shop owners
- Book and run short 20 minute screen share demos
- Close deals and send the checkout link on the call
- Log every call and note in our CRM
SCHEDULE
- Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
- 10am to 6pm US Eastern time (10pm to 6am Manila time)
PAY (all paid weekly in USD via Wise or PayPal)
- Base: $520 a month ($120 a week). Rises to $650 a month ($150 a week) once you hit the week 2 target
- Monthly client: 50% of the first month ($248.50 per close), then 10% of every monthly payment ($49.70 a month per client) for 12 months
- Annual client: 20% of the annual plan, $994, paid in that week's payout
- Commission is returned if a client refunds or disputes within 60 days
WHAT THIS CAN LOOK LIKE
- Close 3 shops a month and earn about $1,600 a month by month 3, with recurring pay that grows every month you stay
- Close one annual plan and get $994 that week
TARGETS
- 80 to 100 dials a day
- 3 demos held by the end of week 2
- First close by the end of week 4

- Speak clear, confident English
- Handle rejection and objections calmly
- Have a quiet workspace, a headset and reliable internet
- Can work US Eastern hours consistently
HOW TO APPLY (applications that skip these steps will not be reviewed)
1. Put the word CERAMIC in your application subject line.
2. Include a link to a 60 second voice recording (Vocaroo or Google Drive) of you reading this opener out loud, as if calling a shop owner:
"Hi, is this the owner? I know you're probably in the middle of a job, so I'll be quick. We work with paint protection and ceramic shops, and most shops we talk to lose a lot of quotes because nobody follows up. Can I take 30 seconds to tell you how we fix that?"
3. Answer these three questions:
a. What is the best result you have had in a cold calling role? Give numbers (dials, demos, closes).
b. A shop owner says "just send me some info." What exactly do you say next?
c. Have you closed deals yourself, or only booked appointments? Share your best month.
