Operations Manager, Fashion Dropship Niche

About us
We are a fashion e-commerce company running multiple Shopify stores with a dropshipping business model. We currently work with a team of seven VAs. We are growing fast and plan to grow a lot further. For that we need the right people. We are looking for someone to grow with us long term, not for a short term job.

About the role
You lead our operations across customer service and supply chain. You manage people, build systems and make sure everything runs at a high standard. That means building SOPs, working on new sheets and thinking about automations (not necessarily building them). The day to day execution is done by our VA team. However, you will also jump in yourself when it gets busy and once the systems are in place. Doing the work yourself is how you see how things really work, where the mistakes are and what needs to be improved.

Customer service
Managing and training the team
Writing and improving SOPs and processes
Checking the quality of the team’s work
Keeping response times and quality high

Supply chain
Building out systems and sheets to keep the supply chain organised
Following up on order issues and shipping delays

Requirements (all are a must)
Proven experience as a manager in fashion dropshipping
Proven experience managing and training a team
Proven experience building systems and writing SOPs
Able to think about automations (you don’t need to build them)
Very precise and good at checking the quality of other people’s work
Excellent spoken and written English
A professional setup: good camera and microphone, quiet workspace, backup internet and power.

Details
Full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday included)
Working hours: 16:00 to 00:00 Philippine time
Rate: to be discussed
Start: as soon as possible
