We're actively looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to help manage incoming leads, follow up with potential customers, and schedule appointments for painting estimates.

We specialize in interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, color consultations, and commercial painting. We're looking for someone who understands the painting industry and can confidently communicate with customers about their project needs.

📝 Responsibilities

Respond to incoming leads via phone, text, and email .

Contact potential customers and follow up on painting inquiries.

Qualify leads by gathering project details, service requirements, and location.

Schedule appointments for painting estimates.

Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in the CRM.

Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages.

Communicate professionally with customers and the team.

Ensure potential leads are followed up with promptly and consistently.

✅ Requirements

Previous experience working with a painting company is a MUST.

Experience in appointment setting, lead management, or customer service is required.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.

Familiarity with residential or commercial painting services and the estimating process.

Experience using CRM platforms; GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a plus.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
