Short-Form Video Editor and Content Partner For Fitness Content

Hi there. I am looking for a video editor to help me with my content on my new company page. I'm releasing a calisthenics workout tracker app on the iOS app store.

You’ll be the only editor for the content, working directly with me, the founder of the company and the content creator (for now). My goal is to post every day to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a long term role, it would start part-time and hopefully go full-time if we work well together. For now, it's not necessary to work American hours.

What you’ll do

• Receive raw footage daily and deliver finished video(s) per platform.
• Make revisions. Especially early on, we’ll request many versions of the same video to find what works. Quick turnaround matters.
• Study short-form fitness content weekly and bring back ideas: hooks, pacing, camera angles, tripod setup, lighting, what to film next. I'm looking for someone who can help me do better by studying what seems to work in the space and by making suggestions on what to improve on.

Who you are

• Experienced in short-form video, with work to show.
• Fast, patient, and detail-oriented. Revisions don’t frustrate you.
• Opinionated about content. You’d rather suggest something and be wrong than stay quiet.
• Reliable on a daily deadline without reminders.
• Want to be much better at this in six months.
