AI Operations & Growth Coordinator

Shakti Therapy & Healing Services is seeking a part-time, remote AI Operations & Growth Coordinator to work closely with the founder. This is a non-clinical operations role supporting reliable follow-through, practical automation, business development, and digital growth.

Schedule and compensation

• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Remote; candidates must have reliable overlap with Pacific Time working hours
• Expected range: $7–$9 USD per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Own follow-through on projects, meetings, task lists, and standard operating procedures
• Build, test, and document useful AI workflows and automations using approved tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Zapier, Make, or HubSpot
• Support business-development research, professional relationship follow-up, and organized outreach preparation
• Maintain and improve WordPress pages, SEO, CRM processes, and healthcare marketing materials
• Prepare clear, polished writing and operating documents that match Shakti’s warm, direct, culturally responsive brand voice
• Work closely with the founder, surface blockers early, and turn priorities into completed work

What we are looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English, including confidence on professional phone calls
• Demonstrated operations, project coordination, or executive-support experience with strong follow-through
• Practical experience using AI tools and creating or improving automations; Codex experience is a plus
• Experience with WordPress, SEO, digital marketing, CRM tools, and/or healthcare operations is a plus
• Reliable organization, sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and dependable Pacific Time overlap
