Darstop is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Online IT Coding Teacher who can teach children and teenagers the fundamentals of programming, coding, and computer science.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach coding and programming lessons to children and teenagers through online classes.
• Prepare engaging and interactive lesson materials and activities.
• Explain programming concepts in a simple and understandable way.
• Guide students through coding exercises, projects, and practical activities.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistent teaching availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Scratch.
• Previous online teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patient, responsible, and passionate about teaching young learners.
• Must have a stable internet connection, a working computer, and a quiet teaching environment.

Work Schedule

• Availability: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT) / 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time (EST).
• Required Teaching Hours: 30–40 hours per week.
• Teaching Days: Monday–Sunday.
• Teachers must maintain their declared availability.

Compensation

• Starting Rate: $8 - $10 per completed 45-minute class.
• Opportunities for rate adjustments based on teaching performance and qualifications.
• Monthly payment.

Important Reminders

• Teachers must review and agree to Darstop's Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
• After activation, teachers are expected to accept assigned trial classes.
• Trial classes are free for students.
• Darstop is a tutoring platform, not a booking system. Students are assigned through the platform and Sales Team.
