Compensation: $175 USD Weekly Base Salary + Up to $750 Quarterly Performance Bonuses

Hi!

I'm looking for an experienced, highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to join our growing team at Mami Wander Media.

We are a creator media company specializing in daily short-form content, with a major focus on TikTok Shop affiliate marketing and content distribution across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , YouTube, and Threads.

I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day business operations, manage our team workflows, oversee ongoing projects, and make sure our company runs efficiently.

This is not a position for someone who needs constant supervision.

I need someone who is a strong leader, understands how to manage people and projects, and can create accountability across our company.

The ideal candidate is someone who can identify problems before they become bigger issues, maintain organized systems, and ensure that every department is meeting its responsibilities.

Your Main Responsibilities

1. Daily Business Operations Management

• Oversee the company's daily operational activities.
• Ensure departments are completing assigned responsibilities.
• Monitor daily workflows, priorities, and deadlines.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Maintain clear operating procedures and accountability systems.
• Coordinate between the CEO, Executive Assistant, and department team members.
• Ensure company operations continue moving forward without constant CEO involvement.

2. TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Oversight

• Understand the TikTok Shop affiliate creator ecosystem.
• Monitor the company's affiliate content workflow from product selection through publishing and performance review.
• Oversee product sample tracking, content assignments, and deliverable deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members responsible for product research and content production.
• Monitor affiliate content performance and flag operational issues.
• Ensure TikTok Shop-related projects are organized and completed on schedule.
• Identify workflow improvements that increase team efficiency.

3. Team Management & Accountability

• Manage daily team assignments and operational expectations.
• Conduct scheduled check-ins with department team members.
• Review employee productivity and task completion.
• Follow up on incomplete assignments and missed deadlines.
• Ensure team members submit required daily reports.
• Identify performance concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain professional communication and accountability.

4. Project Management

• Manage company projects using Notion and ---------- .
• Maintain accurate project timelines, task ownership, and deadlines.
• Monitor progress across departments.
• Identify delayed projects and resolve blockers.
• Ensure new assignments are properly documented.
• Provide the CEO with clear updates on company projects.
• Coordinate resources and team responsibilities.

5. Content Production & Publishing Coordination

• Oversee operational coordination between content production and social media management.
• Ensure approved content is delivered to the Social Media Manager on time.
• Track production deadlines, missing assets, and publishing readiness.
• Monitor completion of assigned content deliverables.
• Coordinate solutions when production or publishing is delayed.
• Ensure all content-related teams are working from an organized schedule.

6. Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Build and maintain operational trackers and dashboards.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures.
• Monitor company performance indicators.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Track employee accountability and departmental productivity.
• Recommend improvements that reduce delays and improve execution.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, project management, or team leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of the TikTok Shop affiliate creator industry.
• Experience managing remote teams and coordinating multiple departments.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, ---------- , and ---------- .
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , YouTube, and Threads.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to identify problems and independently recommend solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability.
• Reliable daily attendance and consistent hourly reporting.
• Stable internet, personal computer, and backup internet or power arrangements.
• Availability for 8 working hours daily during the agreed schedule.

Compensation & Career Opportunity

• Weekly Base Salary: $175 USD
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $750 USD
• Maximum Annual Compensation: $12,100 USD
• Employment: Full-time remote
• Trial Period: Initial two-week paid evaluation
• Growth: Long-term opportunity with increased responsibilities as the company expands

Quarterly bonuses will be based on operational efficiency, project completion, team accountability, deadline management, reporting accuracy, and process improvement.
