Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, lead generation, customer acquisition, and graphic design. You should be able to identify target markets, attract potential customers, create engaging marketing materials, and turn leads into paying clients.

We need someone who is resourceful, takes initiative, communicates effectively, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify target markets and potential customers.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and engage prospective clients.

Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels and outreach methods.

Identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and build relationships.

Manage the sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to follow-ups and closing deals.

Create professional and engaging advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing content.

Apply graphic design skills to develop visually appealing marketing materials.

Monitor marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness in generating leads and sales.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies and sales performance.

Take ownership of assigned projects and consistently work toward business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition.

Ability to identify target audiences and develop effective marketing approaches.

Strong sales, negotiation, and client communication skills.

Knowledgeable in graphic design and experienced in creating marketing materials and advertisements.

Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Tools & Software

Experience with the following tools is an advantage:

Canva

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

CapCut or similar video editing tools

Other marketing, graphic design, and lead generation platforms

Additional tools and software will be provided as needed.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Full-time position

100% Work From Home

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: $850 USD

Payments twice a month (every 5th and 20th) through Wise.
