YouTube Manager

We are hiring a full-time YouTube Manager to oversee our social media team and 15 YouTube channels, plus their Facebook and Instagram accounts.

What you will do

• Manage and oversee ---------- YouTube channels and their Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Enforce all SOPs and systems across the social media team
• Hold 30-minute 1:1 calls with each team member twice a week, following a set call structure
• Hold 30-minute group calls twice a week
• Organize everything for social media management
• Make sure every team member is doing their job to the best of their ability
• Work with the Recruiter Manager to find or replace people, and handle onboarding and offboarding
• Write new systems and SOPs when the CEO asks

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing YouTube channels
• Based in the Philippines
• Open to a full-time role and not currently employed
• A good desktop PC (not just a laptop). Please include your exact PC specs and a screenshot as proof
• High-speed internet
