THE COMPANY We manage serviced homes in Bristol, Somerset, Newport and Cardiff in the UK. Most of our guests are contractors and people working away, so stays run for weeks or months.

THE JOB You have two aims: get our homes ranking higher on Airbnb, and build the list of businesses that book with us direct.

Listing performance

Check each listing's Airbnb ranking every week, by area, dates, guest count and price
Record search position, position against similar listings, and movement week on week
Track page views, click-through, conversion and wishlist adds, and find where each listing loses bookings
Work out why, using response rate, reviews, pricing, calendar openness, minimum stay and instant book
Improve what's underperforming: titles, cover photo, photo order, descriptions, amenities and booking settings
Keep a log for each home, with before and after figures, so we can see what worked
Direct bookings

Find companies that send staff to our areas: contractors, construction firms, relocation agents and accommodation agents
Reach out, follow up and hand warm leads to the team
Run repeat-booking outreach to our past guests, within each booking site's rules
Keep every contact logged in Notion
Each week you'll report what moved, what you changed and what's next, and we'll review it on a call.

YOU NEED ✅ 3+ years in short-term rental marketing, listing optimisation or revenue work. Under 3 years will not be reviewed ✅ Strong knowledge of how Airbnb ranking, the host dashboard and Guest Favourite status work ✅ Experience with a PMS such as Guesty or Hostaway, and a pricing tool such as PriceLabs ✅ Proof you've improved a listing's ranking or bookings ✅ Excellent written English. You'll write our listings and outreach ✅ Confidence using AI tools to work faster, and the judgement to check what they produce ✅ Reliable power, backup internet and a proper setup

WHAT YOU GET PHP 50,000 a month. A long-term role in a team we're building from the start. Written SOPs, paid training from 16 November, and an owner who reviews your results with you every week.
