WhatsApp Business API Setup Specialist (WATI / Meta Cloud API) – Remote, Project-Based

JOB OVERVIEW
Real Hires is a US healthcare staffing company. We want to message job candidates at scale over WhatsApp, and we need an experienced specialist to set up WhatsApp Business API for us from start to finish through WATI or a similar Business Solution Provider (BSP) such as Twilio, 360dialog, Interakt, AiSensy, or Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API directly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Recommend the right BSP for our use case (WATI preferred, open to alternatives) and explain costs
• Register a dedicated phone number for WhatsApp Business API
• Guide us through Meta Business Manager setup and Meta Business verification (documents, domain verification, display name approval)
• Connect the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to the BSP and complete onboarding
• Create and get approval for message templates (outreach, follow-up, interview scheduling)
• Set up broadcast lists / contact import, opt-in handling, and basic automations or chatbot flows
• Advise on messaging limits, quality rating, and how to avoid number bans
• Document the setup so our team can run it day to day

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven hands-on experience setting up WhatsApp Business API (not just the regular WhatsApp Business app)
• Has completed Meta Business verification for clients before
• Experience with WATI, Twilio WhatsApp, 360dialog, or WhatsApp Cloud API
• Clear written English and good communication
• Reliable internet and availability over the next 1–2 weeks

NICE TO HAVE

• Message template approval track record
• CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, webhooks)
• Experience with recruiting or healthcare outreach
