About the Opportunity

We are launching a U.S.-based marketing and AI automation agency and are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel specialist to help build our agency's technical infrastructure from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building advanced systems, solving technical challenges, and working closely with a business owner to create scalable solutions for clients.

As our agency grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and potentially help lead a growing technical team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Set up and configure our GoHighLevel agency account, including CRM, pipelines, calendars, integrations, domains, and white-label branding.
• Build our professional agency website, landing pages, funnels, forms, and appointment-booking systems.
• Implement and customize GoHighLevel's full range of available AI capabilities, including Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI agents, and other AI-powered tools.
• Develop advanced workflows for lead qualification, inbound and outbound communication, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, reactivation campaigns, and client management.
• Configure SMS, email , phone systems, integrations, webhooks, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Build reusable snapshots, templates, and automation systems for onboarding new clients efficiently.
• Set up and manage client subaccounts, including customized AI solutions and automations for different businesses.
• Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain systems to ensure everything functions reliably.
• Work directly with the founder through live Zoom screen-sharing sessions to explain setups, demonstrate functionality, and provide hands-on training.
• Help establish organized processes and documentation as the agency expands.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel agency accounts and advanced technical implementation.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents, AI voice systems, and sophisticated CRM automations.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and troubleshooting complex workflows.
• Ability to build professional websites, funnels, and landing pages inside GoHighLevel.
• Experience implementing systems for multiple clients or within a marketing agency.
• Excellent English communication skills and comfort working directly with a U.S.-based founder over Zoom.
• Someone proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of independently solving technical problems.

We are looking for an experienced implementer, not someone who only knows basic CRM setup or simple email and SMS automations.
