Full-Time Architectural & Operations Virtual Assistant
Full-time remote role for applicants based in the Philippines.

We are a custom home builder in Central Florida. This is a full-time ongoing role, 40 hours per week. Time will be tracked using TimeDoctor. Compensation: $10 USD/hour ($400/week at 40 hours; approximately $1,733/month). We're looking for an architecturally trained virtual assistant who can support our residential projects, help develop AI-assisted workflows, and assist with selected business operations and marketing tasks. Architecture is the foundation of this role. We're also looking for someone interested in helping us build the systems behind a growing business.

Architectural support

• Prepare and revise residential plans, elevations and project documents from sketches, markups and direction.
• Organize CAD files, drawing sets, revisions and outstanding questions.
• Verify dimensions and coordination across drawings, flagging missing information or conflicts rather than making assumptions.
• Assist with construction documents and packages for review by the appropriate local professionals.

OpenAI Codex and architectural workflows
Our goal is to develop a workflow in which OpenAI Codex performs most of the drafting work, with you directing the process, checking the output and resolving issues. We want to take the design through Revit into SketchUp, where it can be prepared for rendering. This workflow will need to be developed and tested. We're looking for someone excited to help build it with us.

• Apply hands-on Codex experience to drafting workflows, tools and repeatable processes.
• Verify dimensions, drawings and model transfers rather than accepting AI-generated output without review.
• Test and document workflows, explain limitations and identify what requires human review.
• Help improve other business processes using Codex where useful.

Business and marketing support

• Help prepare for the launch of our fractional estate management service.
• Assist with marketing materials, direct-mail campaigns and related follow-through.
• Help coordinate handyman scheduling and prepare and track invoices.
• Take on selected project and operational support as priorities develop.

What we're looking for

• Education or professional training in architecture, supported by examples of work you personally produced.
• Strong AutoCAD and residential drafting skills. Experience with U.S. residential projects and imperial dimensions is a plus.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, not simply familiarity with ChatGPT.
• Native Revit experience is a plus, along with experience moving models between Revit and SketchUp and preparing them for rendering.
• Your own properly licensed software needed for your work, including AutoCAD and any other tools you propose to use. Please identify your software and versions.
• Strong organization, clear English communication and the judgment to raise questions early.
• Interest in contributing beyond architectural production. Marketing or operations experience is an advantage.
