Real Estate Cold Caller (US Market, Full Time)

We're a Tampa, Florida real estate investment company looking for 4 experienced cold callers. You'll call homeowners to see whether they'd consider selling, ask qualifying questions, and book interested sellers for our team.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of US real estate cold calling experience
• Clear, natural English with a neutral accent
• Experience with dialers like Mojo, BatchDialer or Enzo
• Quiet workspace, a noise-cancelling headset, and a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, plus a backup
• Available during US Eastern hours, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
