We’re hiring a Remote Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. You’ll be working behind the scenes to make sure our hiring pipeline is full, candidates feel supported, and we’re always staffed to meet customer demand.

We’re looking for someone who is:
Excited to help people find meaningful work.
Fluent in English (C1 or C2) with strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable with technology and able to guide candidates through a modern hiring process.
Friendly, professional, and motivated to see candidates succeed.

About the Role:
As our Recruiter, you’ll:
Post and manage job ads on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
Reach out to potential candidates and invite them to apply on our website.
Actively follow up with candidates via text, email , and calls to ensure they complete each step.
Conduct 30-minute Zoom interviews with qualified applicants.
Make hiring decisions using our structured scorecard.
Send offer letters through our hiring system (GoHighLevel) and close candidates quickly.
Coordinate onboarding steps including background checks, drug screens, and software setup.
Keep the bench full of qualified, pre-screened candidates ready to go.

Schedule & Location:
Remote position with reliable internet.
Must be available during US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM–5 PM).
Part-time and as-needed, with flexibility around workload.

What You Need:
Reliable high-speed internet and a working camera/microphone for Zoom interviews.
Experience in high-volume hiring (ideally for trades, service, or hospitality roles).
Confidence using hiring tech tools and CRMs.
A proactive attitude—willing to chase candidates so they don’t drop out.
