ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Podcast Production Assistant to join the She Is Made For More Podcast team!

She Is Made For More is a growing women's community and lifestyle brand with a podcast featuring conversations about entrepreneurship, personal growth, motherhood, relationships, leadership, and building a life you love.

We already have an established podcast production process, templates, and tools in place. We're looking for someone who can step in, learn our workflow, and help us prepare each episode for publishing.

You do not need to be an experienced podcast editor to apply. We're open to beginners who are willing to learn, experiment, follow instructions, and take initiative.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Podcast Audio Editing

Our host will record each podcast episode through Riverside.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Access the recorded episode in Riverside.
• Edit the conversation to create a clean, professional audio recording.
• Add our provided podcast intro and outro.
• Make sure the audio flows naturally and is ready for publishing.
• Export and deliver the completed episode as an MP3 file.

2. Podcast Video Clips

Using Riverside, you will:

• Review the episode and identify engaging moments that could perform well on social media.
• Use Riverside's built-in clip generation and editing tools.
• Select and prepare 2 short-form video clips per episode.
• Make sure the clips are clean, engaging, and ready for Instagram Reels.
• Deliver the finished clips for our team to review and post.

Additional video editing experience is a plus, but not required.

3. Podcast Show Notes

Riverside automatically generates a transcript for every episode.

Using the transcript and our existing templates, you will:

• Create a compelling episode title suggestion.
• Write a short podcast description and show notes.
• Prepare the content so it is ready to copy and paste into Buzzsprout.

You are welcome to use ChatGPT or other AI tools to assist with drafting and organizing the content.

4. Podcast Email Preparation

We already have an established email template for promoting new podcast episodes.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Use the episode transcript to understand the conversation.
• Follow our existing email template.
• Write and prepare the episode announcement email .
• Include the episode highlights and key takeaways.
• Submit the completed email copy for our team to review and upload into Kajabi.

You will not be responsible for sending email s or publishing podcast episodes at this stage.

WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER FOR EACH EPISODE

For each of the two monthly episodes, we expect:

• One fully edited MP3 podcast episode, including intro and outro.
• 2 edited short-form video clips.
• Podcast show notes and a suggested episode title.
• One podcast announcement email using our existing template.

All materials should be organized and delivered together for review.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software.
• Creative and able to recognize interesting moments in a conversation.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable following templates and instructions.
• Willing to learn Riverside and experiment with its features.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT to assist with writing and content preparation.
• Reliable with deadlines and communication.
• Open to feedback and willing to make improvements.

Experience with Riverside, podcast editing, Canva, ChatGPT, or other content creation tools is a plus, but not required.

We're happy to work with someone who is brand new to podcast production but has a willingness to learn and grow.

COMPENSATION & WORKLOAD

Starting Pay: $100 USD per month

This position will begin with two podcast episodes per month.

We already have templates, brand assets, podcast introductions, outros, and an established workflow to make the process easier.

As the podcast grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional episodes, expand responsibilities, and increase compensation.

OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH

Our long-term goal is to find someone who can eventually take ownership of more of the podcast production process.

Future responsibilities may include podcast publishing, social media content preparation, episode scheduling, and additional creative projects.

We would love to build a long-term working relationship with someone who is excited to grow alongside the She Is Made For More brand.

TRIAL PERIOD

Applicants selected to move forward will complete a paid trial period before being offered an ongoing position.

During this period, you'll have the opportunity to work with our existing podcast workflow, familiarize yourself with Riverside, and complete assigned podcast production tasks.

This will give us an opportunity to evaluate your creativity, communication, attention to detail, and ability to follow our process, while also giving you a chance to see if the position is a good fit for you.
