About the Role

Reports to CEO and President
Works closely with the VP of Technology Operations and Systems Integration and Lead Management team; Operations; Agent Services; Marketing; Compliance; Finance; and external technology partners

Position Overview
YLN is creating this role to own both technology direction and portfolio delivery for its next stage of growth. The VP will translate the 2027 growth plan into an executable roadmap for platforms, data, AI, automation, security, staffing, and
investment. The role is accountable for priorities, capacity decisions, delivery commitments, and measurable business
results across the technology portfolio.

Role Distinction
This role has final accountability for enterprise technology priorities and delivery outcomes. Within approved budgets and
executive direction, the VP sets the roadmap, target architecture, sequence, deadlines, and capacity requirements. Zohaib
directs the team's daily work and assigns resources to approved priorities. When demand exceeds capacity, Zohaib
presents the constraint and options; this VP d ---------- what moves, what pauses, and what staffing is needed, escalating
budget or headcount decisions to the CEO and President.

Core Responsibilities and Area Accountability
1. 2027 Growth Roadmap - Own a multi-year roadmap tied to growth and revenue goals, with named owners, deadlines, dependencies, capacity, and staffing assumptions. Review delivery performance regularly and make timely priority or resource decisions when commitments are at risk.
2. Scalable Technology Stack - Own target architecture across Zillow Pro, Follow Up Boss, Ylopo, eRelocation, Biloco, and future tools. Before approval, assess effects on other departments, existing workflows, reporting, permissions, costs, support, and the agent and client experience.
3. AI and Automation - Work with department leaders to identify high-burden manual processes and prioritize practical AI or automation. Define the baseline, expected benefit, controls, owner, and adoption plan; check back after launch to confirm the change solved the problem.
4. Data Quality and Analytics - Own data definitions, reporting requirements, executive dashboards, and reporting priorities. Set standards and accountability for accurate, timely reports; use results to guide routing, nurture, staffing, and investment decisions while Zohaib owns report production and delivery.
5. Agent and Client Growth - Design technology that strengthens onboarding, partner service, agent productivity, and retention. Involve affected teams before changes are made, plan training and support, and validate afterward that workflows and the agent or client experience improved.
6. Vendor Governance and Budget - Own platform selection, contracts, strategic vendor calls, technology budget, licensing
policy, service levels, security, and vendor risk. Maintain accountability for technology spend and billing controls; Zohaib manages support calls, usage records, and invoice validation.
7. Cross Functional Leadership - Set portfolio priorities and delivery standards, direct work through the approved roadmap,
and hold leaders accountable for commitments. Lead impact reviews with Operations, Agent Services, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and other teams before and after material changes.

Qualifications

  • Senior technology leadership experience in a growing, lead-driven organization, with accountability for strategy,

architecture, budgets, staffing, vendors, and delivery results.

  • Demonstrated success with CRM, marketing technology, multi-client environments, and API-based integrations;

experience with Follow Up Boss, Zillow, Ylopo, or eRelocation is strongly preferred.

  • Practical experience deploying AI and automation with baselines, controls, adoption plans, and measurable results.
  • Strong command of data governance, reporting, analytics, cybersecurity, privacy, access management, and change

governance.

  • Clear executive communication and the ability to resolve competing priorities, capacity constraints, and cross-functional

impacts.

  • Real estate, relocation, mortgage, or agent-network experience is preferred. A bachelor's degree in technology,

business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is expected.
Success Measures

  • A prioritized 2027 roadmap is actively managed with owners, deadlines, capacity, staffing assumptions, and clear

escalation paths.

  • Portfolio commitments are delivered predictably, and capacity conflicts are resolved through explicit reprioritization,

staffing, or executive decisions.

  • At least one high-burden manual process is improved within 90 days, with a documented baseline and measurable

result.

  • Affected departments confirm that material changes improve workflows, reporting, permissions, or the agent and client

experience.

  • Executive and recurring reports have defined owners, standards, schedules, and reliable source data.
  • Technology vendors, contracts, billing, licensing, security, and access risks are reviewed on schedule and acted upon.
