Gaming Video Editor & Social Media Content Manager (Part-Time, Long-Term)

I'm a Twitch Affiliate and competitive gaming content creator looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated Video Editor & Social Media Content Manager to help grow my presence across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .

I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship who can take ownership of the editing, organization, scheduling, and publishing side of my content while I focus on streaming and creating entertaining gameplay.

I currently stream approximately 3–5 days per week, typically for 3 hours per session.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Content

Use my existing Eklipse.gg Premium account to review AI-generated highlights from Twitch streams.

Identify entertaining moments, funny reactions, impressive gameplay, and engaging clips.

Improve selected clips with captions, hooks, transitions, and appropriate effects.

Create and schedule approximately 2 unique short-form videos per day.

Distribute content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimized for each platform.

Long-Form YouTube Content

Edit stream recordings into entertaining, well-paced YouTube videos, generally 8–15 minutes long.

Create engaging introductions, storytelling, transitions, and highlights.

Design attractive YouTube thumbnails.

Write compelling titles and descriptions.

Independently schedule and publish completed videos.

Initially target 1 long-form YouTube video per week, with opportunities to increase production as the workflow develops.

Content Management

Maintain an organized publishing calendar.

Monitor basic content performance and identify successful formats.

Provide a brief weekly report on views, engagement, and follower growth.

Suggest new video concepts, trends, and content improvements.

Maintain consistent branding across platforms.

Required Qualifications

Experience editing gaming videos for YouTube, TikTok, or other social platforms.

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable editing software.

Understanding of short-form hooks, pacing, captions, and viewer retention.

Familiarity with Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong written English communication.

Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of editing gaming footage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Eklipse.gg or other AI clipping software.

Familiarity with competitive multiplayer games.

Experience designing YouTube thumbnails.

Understanding of YouTube analytics and content optimization.

Experience managing content calendars and publishing across multiple platforms.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a part-time remote position with a starting budget of approximately $250–$300 USD per month, depending on experience and agreed workload.

Hours are flexible, with an anticipated commitment of approximately 10–12 hours per week. Actual deliverables will be adjusted to fit the agreed paid hours.

There is potential for increased hours, compensation, and responsibility as the channel grows.
