Short-Form Video Editor (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for Travel Channel

I am launching a new travel content channel and looking for a creative, reliable video editor to work with long-term.

The work: Edit 3 to 4 short-form videos (30-60 seconds) per week for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, from raw travel footage.

The style: Very simple edits. Cut the best moments into short clips, add captions, and apply a color LUT that I provide with exact settings. No fancy effects or heavy polish.

The footage: You sift through all the raw clips and pick the moments that make engaging short videos.

Content style: travel, adventure, spontaneous interactions, humour, and storytelling. Similar to creators like Harry Jaggard and Luke Damant.

Requirements:

• Experience editing short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, or Shorts.
• Strong storytelling instincts and good English comprehension.
• Fast turnaround and reliable communication.
• Ability to work independently with raw footage.
