We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking Cold Callers to join our growing team. We value individuals who are coachable, have strong communication skills, and are eager to improve.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners in the United States.

Identify homeowners interested in selling their properties.

Ask qualifying questions about property condition, motivation, timeline, and asking price.

Transfer qualified, interested homeowners to our acquisitions team.

Accurately document conversations and update our CRM.

Meet daily and weekly performance expectations.

Participate in training, coaching, and roleplay sessions.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversations.

Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.

Previous cold calling or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Performance-based bonuses:
