Job Overview:

Hi! We are looking for a Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant who’s fluent in Vietnamese and English.

SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time)

PAY
$7/hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Handle patient calls, messages, and follow-ups in Vietnamese and English
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Update patient records and charts in the EHR
Process prescription refill requests and route them to providers
Send intake forms and appointment reminders
Manage the practice inbox and route messages to the right team member
