Real Estate Acquisition & Sales Specialist (Outbound Calling)
Confidential employer
We are looking for a REAL salesperson, not an appointment setter or customer service representative.
We are hiring an experienced outbound sales professional who knows how to speak with property owners, real estate professionals, and decision-makers, build rapport, overcome objections, and persuade people to consider opportunities they may not have initially been interested in.
This position requires someone who can confidently lead conversations, think on their feet, negotiate, follow up consistently, and move prospects toward an agreement.
If your sales experience comes primarily from BPO, customer service, scripted call centers, or basic appointment setting, this is NOT the position for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to real estate contacts and decision-makers.
- Present business opportunities confidently and persuasively.
- Build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Handle objections and turn initial resistance into productive conversations.
- Ask strategic questions to understand motivations, concerns, and decision-making factors.
- Negotiate and gain agreement on proposed terms within company guidelines.
- Follow up persistently with interested and und ---------- prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM.
- Move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
Who We're Looking For
We strongly prefer candidates with experience in:
- Real estate acquisitions or property acquisitions.
- Real estate wholesaling, including negotiating with motivated sellers.
- Investor relations or direct-to-owner real estate sales.
- Real estate business development involving actual negotiations and closing.
- Other high-level outbound sales roles requiring persuasion, objection handling, and closing.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in real outbound sales, not simply reading scripts or qualifying leads.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to turn a “no” or “not interested” into a meaningful conversation without being pushy or dishonest.
- Confidence speaking with U.S.-based prospects.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and daily performance targets.
- Resourceful, persistent, and results-driven.
This Position Is NOT For
- Customer service representatives looking to transition into sales without proven closing experience.
- BPO agents whose primary experience is handling inbound calls.
- Appointment setters who have never negotiated or closed deals.
- Cold callers who simply read scripts and pass interested leads to someone else.
- Candidates who cannot provide specific examples of deals or agreements they personally helped secure.
We need someone who can influence decisions, not just make calls.
How to Apply
To be considered, please answer ALL the following questions:
1. Describe your experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or another outbound sales role where you personally negotiated and secured agreements.
2. What exactly were you selling or negotiating, and who were you speaking with?
3. Tell us about a specific situation where a prospect initially said NO, but you successfully changed their mind. What did you say or do?
4. How many agreements or deals did you personally help close in your previous role?
5. What CRM systems have you used?
6. Submit a 60–90-second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why you're a strong fit for this position.
Applications without detailed answers will not be considered.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated sales ability, strong instincts, and the confidence to get results.
If you're a proven closer who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities, we want to hear from you.
