B-Roll Clip Finder: TikTok / YouTube / Instagram

We make short video ads for a health and wellness brand. Our video editor needs a large supply of real, high-quality clips every day, and we need someone whose only job is to find, download and organise them.
What you'll do every day
Get a clip list, for example "close-up of hair in a shower drain", "older woman checking her part in a mirror" or "swollen ankles with sock marks".
Search TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Pinterest and Reddit for real, natural-looking clips that match each line exactly.
Download them in the highest quality available, at least 1080p, with no watermarks and no logos.
Trim each clip to the useful 2–5 seconds.
Rename each one to our naming system and upload it to the right Google Drive folder.
Aim for 40–80 usable clips a day once you're up to speed.
What we need from you
You already know how to download clean, watermark-free video from TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
You have a good eye. The clip must match the description exactly, look real (not stock or advertising), and show the right age of people. Most of our clips need women and men aged 50–65.
You're organised. Every file is named and filed correctly the first time.
A fast, reliable internet connection and a laptop.
You can work from a written list without needing a call for every task.
Basic CapCut or any trimming tool is a plus.
Not needed: editing experience, design skills, or an English degree.
How to apply
Start your application with the word DRAIN, so we know you read this.
Tell us which tool you use to download watermark-free TikToks.
Paid test (30 minutes): find 5 clips for this list and send a Google Drive link:
a close-up of a clump of hair in a shower drain
an older woman (55+) looking worried at her hairline in a mirror
swollen ankles with deep sock marks
an older woman's hand holding a white supplement pouch
a hairbrush full of hair on a bathroom counter
Applications without the test won't be reviewed.
