Customer Success Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

Create Content Club helps creators grow with the right content strategy, editing and sales support. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the friendly, reliable face our clients hear from every day.

Your schedule

• Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Philippine time, with a 1-hour break
• A couple of hours on weekends to check in with clients, handle quick tasks and reply when needed, so our clients always feel supported

What you'll do

• Check in with every client daily in their own 1-on-1 ---------- channel, with a fresh message each day based on where they are
• Look at each client's Instagram and Notion content calendar to see how their videos are doing and how their ideas and scripts are moving
• Keep a clear "next steps" page pinned in each client's chat after every call or strategy Loom
• Send clients the right SOP or lesson at the right moment
• Give clients access to the course, Notion and ----------
• Bring in our content coach, video editing coach and sales manager whenever a client could use their expertise
• Log any questions we don't have an answer for yet, so our library keeps growing

Everything you'll do is laid out in our SOPs, and you get access to all of them from day one.

About you

• Friendly, proactive and great at written communication
• Organized, with a good eye for detail
• Comfortable with Notion, ---------- , Loom and Instagram (or quick to learn them)
• Reliable with a daily routine
• Experience in customer success, account management or client support is a plus
