WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven YouTube thumbnail design experience
Strong portfolio of actual thumbnail work
Excellent Photoshop or equivalent design skills
Strong typography, composition, and visual storytelling
Understanding of YouTube CTR principles
Experience with real estate or business content is a plus
Reliable, responsive, and deadline-oriented
