Remote YouTube Video Editor (Hormozi-Style), 7 Videos a Week + Instagram Reels

ABOUT US
I'm Brooke, a property investor and educator based in Dubai. I run ---------- YouTube channel, which teaches people how to flip and invest in Dubai property, and ---------- Instagram account. Our content includes education videos, Q&As, behind-the-scenes business content and a live villa flip documentary series. We're growing fast and need a dedicated editor to grow with us.

THE ROLE

• Edit 7 YouTube videos per week
• Edit 3 to 5 Instagram Reels per week, cut from long-form videos or raw footage
• Stay ahead of schedule: videos are edited at least one week before they're published, so we always have a buffer

THE STYLE
We want the Alex Hormozi and Leila Hormozi look: sleek, professional and high retention. That means:

• Fast pacing with tight jump cuts and no dead air
• Bold, clean captions and on-screen text that reinforce key points
• Polished motion graphics, stat callouts and simple data visuals
• Purposeful B-roll, zooms and sound design
• A premium, clean finish. Not gimmicky, no meme overload
• Brand colours are beige and charcoal

THE WORKFLOW

• Raw footage is shared via Google Drive
• You upload every first cut to ---------- for review
• I leave timestamped feedback in ---------- , and you apply the revisions
• You deliver the final export, ready to upload, with clear file naming
• You keep a simple weekly tracker of what's edited, in review and delivered

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years editing long-form YouTube content
• A portfolio showing Hormozi-style or similar high-retention editing (required)
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects for motion graphics
• Experience working with ----------
• Experience editing short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Good written English and reliable communication
• Reliable internet and the ability to handle large files
• Some working-hours overlap with Dubai time (GMT+4)

NICE TO HAVE

• Thumbnail design skills
• An understanding of YouTube retention and analytics
• Experience with real estate, finance or business education channels
