Full-Time B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (US Construction Services)

About Us
Top Gun Concrete Lifting is a growing concrete repair, leveling, and ground stabilization company serving Kansas and Missouri. We're expanding into commercial, municipal, and lakefront work under Top Gun Ground Solutions, and we need a confident caller to fill our crews' calendars.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/week, US Central Time business hours.
Pay: $800–$1,100 USD/month depending on experience, plus performance bonuses for appointments that turn into site visits.

What You'll Do

• Make 60–100+ outbound calls a day to school and university facility directors, city public works departments, apartment and HOA property managers, and Lake of the Ozarks marinas, condos, and resorts.
• Get past gatekeepers professionally and reach the decision maker.
• Book 15-minute site assessments for our team, and follow up on quotes and past customers.
• Log every call, note, and appointment in our CRM.
• Ask happy customers for referrals and help grow our referral partner network.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of US outbound cold calling or appointment setting. B2B is strongly preferred, and construction, home services, or facilities experience is a big plus.
• Clear, warm, confident spoken English and strong writing skills.
• Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and a dialer (RingCentral, Five9, Aircall, Dialpad, etc.).
• Comfortable with rejection, persistent, and organized.
• A reliable computer, a noise-canceling headset, stable internet, and backup power.
