Ad Specialist (Facebook, Google & Instagram Ads) – Content Creator

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Ad Specialist who can both strategize and execute paid advertising campaigns across Facebook , Instagram, and Google Ads — and who can also create the ad content itself (graphics, short-form video edits, ad copy). This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a client from campaign concept to published, optimized ad.

Responsibilities:

Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook /Instagram) and Google Ads
Conduct audience research and targeting strategy for trades/home service clients
Create ad creative: static graphics, short-form video edits, and compelling ad copy
Monitor campaign performance, optimize for cost-per-lead/conversion, and report results
A/B test ad creative, audiences, and landing pages
Track conversions and set up pixel/tag tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager)
Collaborate with our team on client messaging and campaign goals

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Facebook /Instagram Ads Manager and Google Ads (please share campaign results/portfolio)
Strong content creation skills — comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and basic analytics
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-starter who can manage multiple client accounts independently
Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), WordPress/Elementor, or working with home service/trades businesses
