Web Developer with SEO and AI Integration Skills

We are looking for a Web Developer with strong SEO awareness and the ability to navigate and implement AI tools in their workflow to build, optimize, and maintain high-performance websites that scale in search visibility and technical quality.

You will work closely with SEO strategists, content teams, and designers to ensure that websites are crawlable, indexable, fast, and semantically structured while maintaining clean code and an excellent user experience. You will also explore and implement AI-powered tools and solutions to improve development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance website functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites with SEO-first architecture and clean HTML structure.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, and indexing control.
• Optimize page speed, rendering, and server responses through lazy loading, caching, and other performance techniques.
• Ensure proper use of semantic HTML, including H1–H6 hierarchy, internal linking, and contextual components.
• Implement and maintain structured data using JSON-LD.
• Work with log files, redirects, canonicals, pagination, and hreflang.
• Collaborate with SEO teams on scalable, programmatic page generation.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues across large websites.
• Explore, evaluate, and implement AI tools and technologies to support web development, SEO, and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI-powered solutions where appropriate to improve website functionality, development efficiency, and content-related processes.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and identify practical ways to apply them to web development projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web standards.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Ability to work on large websites with thousands of URLs.
• Practical experience using AI tools to assist with coding, debugging, automation, or development workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and outputs for accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable code practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI technologies and development tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content systems.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering, caching layers, or CDN setups.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, log analysis tools, and website crawlers.
• Experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, or AI-powered features into websites.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools, workflow automation, or agent-based systems.
